Welcome to FAST, home of First Aid Safety Training, based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. FAST offers recognised, quality First Aid and Defibrilator training throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and London.

FAST offers a veriety of First Aid training courses to meet the needs of a wide range of industries and interests. Specialised Care for Children courses are available for the new parent or anyone in contact with children.

Our Primary Care for Schools course meets OFSTED requirements and is designed specifically for teachers and childminders.

The Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary care (First Aid) courses are nationally recognised by Sport England, the Duke of Edinburgh scheme, Scouts, the Royal Yachting Association (RYA), Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), and many more.

FAST also offers HSE approved CPR and AED (automated external defibrilator) training which is often a requirement in the work place.

FAST is able to provide training in the comfort of your own office, work place, or home. Day time, evening and weekend courses are available to suit your needs.
