FAST is a First Aid (CPR) and AED (automated external defibrilator) training provider, based in Hertfordshire, offering training courses across Herts, Beds, and London. Training is provided by Sheren Jellis, who’s background and experience in providing First Aid training to the recreational Scuba Diving Industry is allowing us to expand and offer training to a wider range of industries, both commercial and recreational.

Emergency First Response courses are nationally and internationally recognised by the HSE, Sport England, the Duke of Edinburgh scheme, Scouts Association, the Royal Yachting Association (RYA), Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), British Canoe Union (BCU), Sure Start, Skills For All and many more.

FAST has provided first aid and defib training for a variety of industries. These include construction companies, such as Willmott Dixon, the scuba diving industry, childcare professionals, parents and general public who simply wish to increase thier skills.

All FAST first aid training and courses follow the emergency considerations and protocols as developed by the International Liaison Commitee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) and the European Resuscitation Council (ERC).
