Are your courses Nationally recognised?
Yes. All our first aid courses and safety courses are nationally recognised.
How can I enrol on one of your courses?
It’s easy! Online - You can simply fill in the form opposite with your details and what course you're interested in. I am a childminder or teacher, are your courses approved by OFSTED?
Yes, our Primary care for Schools first aid course meets OFSTED requirements and can be adapted to suit your specific needs.
Are your First Aid and Defib courses HSE approved?
Yes, all Emergency First Response first aid and defib (AED) courses are accepted by the HSE.
I run a construction site and require some of my team to be defib trained, can you help?
Yes, we often carry out site visits to construction sites around London and Hertfordshire. All we need is an indoor area with a power supply, your site canteen will likely be suitable. Our CPR and AED (automated external defib) course can be taught in one morining and meets HSE standards.
I am a parent and worry I wouldnt know what to do if my Child needed first aid, do you have a course suitable for me?
Our Care for Children primary (CPR) and Secondary care (first aid) course is aimed at infants and children under 8 years old, and is ideal for parents, grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and even big brother and sisters. This course is perfect to teach you and your family invaluable first aid skills that will help you keep calm and do the right thing in an emergency.

What should I wear to a first aid training course?
Casual, comfortable clothes to perform the practical component of the course.
What is the minimum or maximum number of people required for a course?
How long is my certification valid?
All Emergency First Response first aid and defib course certifications are valid two years from the date of issue. Once your first aid certification nears expiry you can contact us using the contact form to arrange refresher training.
Where are your First Aid and AED (automated external defibrilator) courses held?
First Aid Safety Training are able to offer training at a location convenient for you. This could be in your own home, at your offices, your sports club, on your construction site, or even a local community center.
